We live in a frantic world; would you agree? One that is driven by reward and accomplishment, in which it seems challenging to stay calm and collected. Living within the midst of this fast-paced world seems unnatural and may even be incongruent to the way we innately are meant to live. We may see ourselves being capable of remaining calm and in silence while 'meditating' on mountain tops, so to speak.
Yet, the question arises, how do we carry such state of contentment back into the world we live in - allowing ourselves to bridge the non-physical with the physical realm? Being able to discover silence of the mind, to then integrate this state of calm and contentment into our everyday life - at work or as a busy mum - is not just immensely valuable, but it is our purpose of existence.
