Ah, the wonders of life! It never ceases to amaze me how we humans stumble through this journey, making mistakes, learning, and growing along the way. It's like we're all in this grand experiment, trying to figure out what the heck we're doing here.
And don't even get me started on the absurdities of everyday life. I mean, have you ever stopped to think about how strange it is that we spend a third of our lives unconscious, lying in a bed? Or how we sit in little metal boxes, hurtling down highways at breakneck speeds, all while sipping on our morning coffee like it's no big deal?
It's like we're all just making it up as we go along, trying to find some semblance of meaning in this crazy world. But you know what? That's kind of beautiful in its own way. We're all in this together, navigating the twists and turns of life, and somehow managing to find joy and laughter along the way.
This is my crazy story and the way I choose to enjoy this grand experiment called life.
Ironman 70.3 World Championships

Ah, the thrill of pushing oneself to the limit! There's something truly exhilarating about testing the boundaries of our physical and mental capabilities, isn't there? For some, it's the challenge of climbing a mountain or running a marathon. But for others, it's the grueling world of middle to long-distance triathlon training and races, commonly known as Ironman.
And let me tell you, there's no better way to find your edges than by embarking on this intense journey. Every day, you're pushing your body and mind to their absolute limits, seeing just how far you can go before you hit that breaking point. It's a constant test of strength and endurance, but also of resilience and mental fortitude.
Ironman 70.3 Sunshine Coast, Australia was my first race (finished in 4 hrs 41min), and I'm looking to qualify for the Ironman 70.3 World Championships in Taupo, New Zealand in 2024. It's not easy, and there are certainly moments where I question my sanity for putting myself through this. But at the end of the day, there's no greater feeling than crossing that finish line, knowing that you've pushed yourself further than you ever thought possible.
So here's to finding our edges, to testing our limits, and to embracing the challenges that come with pursuing our passions. Who knows what we're truly capable of until we try? Let's keep pushing, keep striving, and keep chasing after that elusive feeling of accomplishment.

I've even earned certifications from top-notch institutions like Stanford and Harvard University in organizational development and learning theory.
And let's not forget my published book, "Instant Silence - Life Truly Began the Day I Stopped Seeking," available on Amazon. It's just one more way I'm spreading the message of productivity and personal growth to the masses.
And let's not forget the incredible clients I've had the opportunity to work with, including some of the biggest names in the business world. From Adobe to Vodafone, Siemens to Johnson & Johnson, Rolls-Royce, Upwork and beyond, it's been an absolute honor to collaborate with these companies and help them achieve their goals.
And to top it all off, I was even honored with the prestigious 'SuperCoach' award in 2014, recognizing my outstanding performances in a leadership capacity. It's moments like these that make all the hard work and dedication truly worthwhile, and I couldn't be more grateful for the opportunities I've had.

With the current state of the world, it is important to consider how we can protect ourselves and our loved ones in these turbulent times.
